Capstone

Aim: A key aim of this industry project is for students to demonstrate and showcase their abilities by doing work they could be expected to do as a professional in the Advertising industry. The second intention is that this project will contribute to students Folio or Case studies. Students should aim to highlight their area of speciality eg. Art direction, copy writing, account service, strategy ect.

Project: Rebrand Joy Cupcakes into a modern cupcake store.

Objectives: Expand target market, increase sales of online delivery and in store, brand awareness of brand values and increase social media exposure from campaign.

Learning Outcomes: Initiative and judgement, working effectively with others. Strategic and creative planning, decision making and problem solving. Critical analysis, evaluation, synthesis and objectives of advertising-industry opportunity. Written, visual and oral presentation.

This is a group assignment. My role in this project was acting as Creative director by delegating tasks, managing timelines, communication with client and being involved in the strategic planning of the project.
